1: How to upload video and picture?

Ensure that your Forever Frame is powered on and ready to receive data.

Connect one end of the Type C cable to an available USB Type C port on your computer.

Connect the other end of the Type C cable to the Forever Frame's corresponding port. The frame should be detected by your computer, and a notification may appear on the frame's screen stating that it's connected as a media device.

On your computer, navigate to the File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) to access the connected Forever Frame.

Once the Forever Frame appears as a connected device, open the frame's storage on your computer. This should display the folders where you can place your images and videos.

Locate the images and videos you would like to transfer from your computer. You can copy and paste or drag and drop them into the appropriate folder on the Forever Frame, typically labeled "Images" or "Videos."

Allow the transfer to complete. Depending on the size of the files and the speed of your connection, this may take a few moments.

Once the transfer is complete, safely eject the Forever Frame from your computer. This ensures that no data is corrupted during the disconnection process.

Unplug the Type C cable from both the computer and the Forever Frame.
Your Forever Frame should now be loaded with the new images and videos you transferred, ready to display and cherish those special moments.
